| Yabusame
is a traditional ceremony, where people shoot targets with an arrow
from the back of a running horse. It is held every year in Izumo Iwai
Shrine on November 3. This festival was started by Taro-Yoshiie Hachiman
to thank God for the victory of the war with the Oshu Country. It
perfectly follows the traditional style, which is rare for the "yabusame"
